We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

• Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia) – Same day or next business day
• Alexandria, Upper Egypt, Delta, and other governorates – 2 to 5 business days

* Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation message via phone or email once your order is shipped.
• Shipping is handled through our trusted partner Bosta.
• You can track your order status using the tracking number sent to you.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

• Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Return shipping fees are covered by Mis Five in the event of a product defect.
• For personal exchanges, a nominal shipping fee may apply.
• Customized or altered items are excluded from the return policy.

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order to avoid delays.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to reschedule.
• Delivery times may vary during major sales periods and holidays.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product.
